Definitions and Scope

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the wn bd website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means a member's personal profile and the information linked to it.
• "Bonus" means any additional amount given as a promotional offer, cashback, or reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before any funds derived from a bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Net Loss" means the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to every service on the wn bd platform — casino games, sports betting, live games, slots, and any other section. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

wn bd may issue separate terms for specific games or promotions. In such cases, those specific terms apply alongside these general terms. Where the two conflict, the specific terms take precedence.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on wn bd and take part in any casino or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years old. Anyone below this age is strictly prohibited from registering or using the service. If age verification is required, the member must submit a government-issued identity document.

2.2 One Member, One Account

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same network is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. If incorrect or false information is provided, wn bd reserves the right to close the account without verification. Any changes to contact details must be updated in the profile without delay.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

wn bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals and other services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, wn bd support must be notified immediately. wn bd will not be liable for any transactions or bets placed before an unauthorised access was reported.

Any activity carried out from a member's account will be treated as that member's activity, unless wn bd has been notified in writing beforehand. When logging in from a public computer or device, the member must log out at the end of the session.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods on wn bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

A member's identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts are automatically placed on hold.

4.3 Using Your Own Payment Method

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Financial transactions through third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The wn bd welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

wn bd offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms covering wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible games. A brief overview of some current promotions is provided below:

• Weekly wn bd Reload: 50% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000, with a 20x wagering requirement.
• wn bd Slots Festival: 75% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳8,000, with a 25x wagering requirement.
• Weekend wn bd Cricket Bonanza: 60% bonus on deposits in cricket markets over the weekend, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.
• wn bd Birthday Gift: A reward of up to ৳2,000 in the member's birthday month, with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Refer a Friend to wn bd: A reward of up to ৳1,500 after a referred friend makes their first deposit, with an 8x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly — it remains as a bonus balance until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus must be used and its wagering requirement completed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If fraudulent activity is found to have been carried out to obtain a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. Additional limits may apply when betting with bonus balance.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs during a game or while placing a bet, wn bd reserves the right to declare that round or bet void. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned, but no winnings will be paid.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Once a game result is determined, it is final. There may be a delay in displaying results due to technical issues, but the result recorded server-side is the one that counts. For sports betting, internationally recognised rules are followed when determining results.

6.4 Live Betting Guidelines

During in-play or live betting, odds may change rapidly. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed, and the bet will be calculated at the updated odds. wn bd is not responsible for any failure to place a bet due to a loss of connection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wn bd platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus offers or to defraud the system.
• Using software, bots, automation, or any other artificial means to operate games.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to support immediately.
• Providing false information for account registration or payment purposes.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or collecting their personal information.
• Transacting funds of illegal origin through the platform.
• Pre-arranging game outcomes with other members or engaging in collaborative fraud.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account concerned will be closed immediately, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by wn bd

wn bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of rules, suspected fraud, or incomplete identity verification. An explanation for such a decision may not be possible in every case.

8.2 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All valid balances in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. To recover any balance remaining after the account is closed, please contact support.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity over an extended period may be marked as inactive. Measures may be taken on inactive accounts in accordance with a set policy, and the member will be informed in advance.

Limitation of Liability

wn bd makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, wn bd is not liable in the following situations:

• Disruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue on the part of a third party.
• Account loss caused by a member's own negligence or security breach.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays or problems with a transaction caused by a third-party payment provider.

In any case, wn bd's liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction.

Responsible Gaming

wn bd believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment. The platform encourages members to play safely and within their limits. To that end, following the Responsible Gaming Guidelines is advised.

Members may set deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion on their account if they wish. These options can be requested through support. If signs of gaming addiction appear, help should be sought immediately.
